In the Laudite Web App project, I led the complete restructuring of the web application, focusing on improving the user experience and introducing new functionality. This included the development of three new features, all designed and implemented from start to finish. The process incorporated Benchmarking, Desk Research, the creation of a cohesive Design System, and close collaboration with the development team to ensure a seamless integration.

Scaling Beyond Individual Use
Problems:
- Laudite struggled to expand beyond small teams, with limited collaboration and community engagement.
- Enterprises required advanced functionality that the platform didn’t yet support.
Solutions:
- Designed B2B Enterprise features, tailored for large organizations with advanced collaboration needs.
- Launched Laudite Community, creating a shared space for professionals to connect, exchange best practices, and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Structured onboarding to highlight new features and reduce friction for larger client adoption.

Unlocking Everyday Productivity
Problems:
- Users lacked efficient ways to automate repetitive tasks such as document filling and template management.
- Complex processes created frustration and slowed down daily workflows.
Solutions:
- Designed and implemented Autotexts, enabling users to insert pre-configured text blocks into documents (→ faster editing, reduced errors).
- Built Masks, allowing quick import of document structures and automation of repetitive patterns.
- Validated these features with beta-test groups, refining them through usability feedback.

I led the end-to-end design process, from research and validation to final handoff. The project started with identifying key pain points from the outdated application, followed by prototyping new flows for both the core platform and the new features.
Key deliverables included:

Autotexts → time-saving tool for document automation.
Masks → simplified importing and reuse of templates.
B2B Enterprise → collaboration features to unlock enterprise-scale adoption.
Laudite Community → engagement platform connecting professionals.
The redesign and new features were tested through beta sessions with real users, allowing the team to refine workflows and validate usability before launch.

B2B Enterprise opens doors to large-scale clients
I designed and delivered a B2B enterprise dashboard tailored for large healthcare organizations. This enabled Laudite to attract and onboard major clients like Rede D’Or and Fleury Medicamentos, two of the biggest healthcare groups in Brazil.
📊 Result: Securing these enterprise clients validated the scalability of Laudite and positioned the product as a strong player in the healthcare market.

Automating small tasks delivers big value
Autotexts and Masks, though simple in concept, became essential tools for users by streamlining document workflows.
